Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The reception service was warm and genuine, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We even had a little fridge with free bottles of water, which was a nice touch. The bathrooms were luxurious, with spa showers that helped us unwind after a long day of exploring.

very good situation , near the city, the beach, the restaurants. you can rent a bicycle at the hotel and you have a very nice street only for the bicycle. you can go to san remo, or auther side. it is a very good place.

I stayed at Best Western in Santo Stefano for a week to explore the beautiful Liguria region. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the well-maintained bicycle lane between San Lorenzo and San Remo. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a great shower. I also loved the on-site parking, which made it convenient to explore nearby attractions like Imperia and Monte Carlo. The pool was a welcome bonus, especially on hot days. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

I do recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is great for the price. The parking at the front of your room is an added bonus since there is no distance to load your car... and the showers, super nice multiple style walk in type. Its the only reason i'm writing a review - the showers were great...

The location of the hotel was very good and the fact that the car park was just outside of the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and close to the city center. I especially loved being so close to the famous bike path, which allowed me to easily explore the stunning Italian Riviera. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden area, where I could relax and enjoy the sunshine. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We loved the location of this hotel. Right across the road from the beach and close to the center of town. We enjoyed the breakfast spread, which was delicious and had many options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available in front of the room and the hotel facilities were great for a comfortable stay.

Nothing it is perfect.

The location was the best since is next to the bike road and 3 min from the sea and beaches. Not to mention that to reach the beaches you cross the center of the town where all the stores are, including markets and deli. Parking outside the room is a plus, very comfortable.

What we didn't like was the lack of windows with a view (any view), since the only window in the room was on the side of the parking (it is the same for all the rooms, except the biggest one), and we encountered the same problem in the breakfast room where there were no windows. Since the location It seems a real shame.

Our romantic escape was made better by the excellent room amenities and cleanliness. The cozy and modern room design, complete with complimentary bottled water, made us feel right at home. The hotel’s prime location near the beach and town was perfect for exploring the area. Plus, having safe parking right in front of our room made it easy to come and go as we pleased.

The breakfast options were limited and the breakfast room lacked in ambiance. The breakfast experience offered very little and while the staff was professional, they were not particularly warm or friendly.

The room had a nice decoration with a large bed. There is special parking areain fron of each appartment this was an excellent option.

Parking is right next to your room. Our room was clean and well-lit. Staff was helpful and spoke more than enough English, which was helpful. Not too expensive considering we were there in the middle of holiday season.

Wi-Fi wasn't included in room rate. Also, not really a complaint about the hotel, but the town of Santo Stefano is quite small. There were not many options of for dinner. Try and reserve a table a head of time or you might go hungry!
